American Idiot

No, the title of this post is not directed towards anyone in particular, though it could label quite a few people. This isn't exavtly a politics post, but I feel it's worthwhile enough to blog about.

What I'm getting at is the new Green Day CD, entitled "American Idiot". It is their best CD yet. To make it have some importance of blogging about here, it has really strong, well written lyrics. Some favorite ones of mine are "American Idiot","Jesus of Suburbia", "Boulevard of Broken Dreams". All the songs are good, really.

You can see the video of "American Idiot" here. It's a powerful song that I just can't get enough of. I'm sure that effect will wear off, I'll just give it time.
